MEET OUR TEAM
Prior to co-founding Rally Department in 2022, Bryan spent more than 15 years in sports marketing on the event, agency and media sides of the business. He began his career in marketing, ticket and sponsorship sales for ESPN and The HP Byron Nelson Championship. In 2017 he jumped to the agency side of the industry and has worked on behalf of high-profile brands such as AT&T, H-E-B, AMEX, the San Antonio Spurs, the Goodyear Cotton Bowl. Bryan proudly graduated from Oklahoma and Ohio University and lives in Fort Worth with his wife Emily and son Tad.
In 2022, Owen co-founded Rally Department with his cousin, bringing over a decade of experience in the creative industry. His career includes notable positions with the Baltimore Orioles, the San Antonio Spurs, and The Marketing Arm. As a sports enthusiast, Owen enjoys rooting for the underdog – unless it’s the Dallas Cowboys!
Blair graduated from Trinity University with a B.S. in Business Administration. During her time in San Antonio, she worked in Events & Marketing with the Valero Alamo Bowl, San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo, and Women’s NCAA Final Four. Outside of work you can find her going on adventures with her dog, playing basketball, trying out a new recipe, or learning a new song on guitar!
Harrison, a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College, joins Rally Department from Bespoke Sports and Entertainment. Prior to his time at Bespoke, Harrison graduated from Ohio University’s Dual MBA/MSA program with his Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Sports Administration. He is an avid fan of the Atlanta Braves, Carolina Hurricanes, Georgia State and NC State. His claim to fame is that he dumped mayo on the winning coach at the 2023 Duke’s Mayo Bowl.
James graduated from the University of Houston with degrees in journalism and sport administration. Before joining Rally Department, he racked up numerous awards working for the UH student newspaper, serving as sports editor his junior and senior year. As a diehard Astros, Texans and Thunder fan, James spends most of his free time watching or attending a sporting event.
Lauren is a former college basketball player with a BA from Southwestern University and an MBA from UT Dallas. Her roots lie in West Texas. Lauren enjoys trying to golf in her free time and playing pickup basketball when she can find a good game. Go Cubbies and Hook 'Em Horns!
Katy comes from a diverse, sports-centric background and will be a part of Rally Department’s activation team. With brand knowledge from her time at The Marketing Arm and event experience from her time at Carnival Cruise Lines, her brand-focused approach only rivals her passion for bringing meaningful experiences into everyday life. If you don’t see Katy on the ground floor at a Rally event, you can find her cheering on her alma mater, Texas Tech!
