BRAND ACTIVATIONS

Research shows people crave in-person experiences now more than ever and our team has been proven to develop the perfect gameplan that brings your brand to life in a unique way and gives fans who interact with it an unforgettable experience.

Whether it’s as simple as a 10x10' tent setup or something as complex as activating a mobile tour, our team will concept and design the perfect immersive experience — physical, digital or a combination of the two — to best meet your needs. Once the design is perfected, we will pass things over to our sister company Rally Builds Fabrication to handle the fabrication.

When your asset is ready to go live, we handle all logistics for you— providing everything from storage and transportation to setup, teardown, and event staffing—to act as a trusted partner for your most important moments.

OUR PROCESS

STEP 1: CONCEPT

Our team will carefully craft a narrative centered around your brand’s goals and use it to ideate unique ways to bring your brand to life in a way that meets your goals and resonates with your target audience. For each of the ideas we present, we will provide a mood board and rough sketches to paint a clear picture of our vision.

STEP 2: RENDER

Once a concept is selected, we have the capability to take our initial sketches and input them into our layout software, allowing us to create a more precise visualization of the build, complete with detailed specifications and features.

STEP 3: FABRICATION

After the creative concept is approved, we will begin your custom build. Working alongside our sister company Rally Builds, we carefully craft each element, whether physical or digital, to meet your specific needs. The build timeframe varies based on project size but generally takes between four to eight weeks.

STEP 4: LAUNCH

When your asset is ready to go live, our team will handle all the logistics — including transportation, set up and tear down — to make sure it shows up safely and on time to each event. We also can staff the event with a trained group of brand ambassadors to ensure your brand is represented in the best light.
