ABOUT AMERICAN FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP
Football Championship at Tulane, where the Wave hosted the Mean Green for the title game at Yulman Stadium. Champions Village brought the winning energy to New Orleans. Fans grabbed bites from local food trucks, snagged exclusive championship merch, and tested their skills on our multi-sport truss setup: football toss, field goal kicks, serving aces, free throws, and even throwing a few strikes
The championship host site wasn’t confirmed until just one week before kickoff, having to pivot quickly and bring a full-scale Champions Village to life in a brand-new city. With limited time, we had to lock in logistics, transport assets, coordinate with on-site staff, and build a fan experience that still felt intentional, seamless, and championship-worthy, all on an accelerated timeline.
THE CHALLENGE
Once Tulane was confirmed as the host, our team moved immediately into execution mode. We rapidly adapted the Champions Village footprint to fit Yulman Stadium, and finalized all branding and American premiums for gameday.
