At Rally Department we are the underdogs. The people who never quite fit in. The people who were never satisfied and knew deep down we were capable of so much more. We started at the big agencies you’ve heard of, if we wanted to we could still be there slowly working up the corporate ladder.

But we wanted more. 

Founded in 2022, we combined a deep knowledge and experience of sports marketing with world class creative ideas to launch Rally Department. We have experience with some of the biggest brands and events in sports. Now we are leveraging that experience for the clients we love without the corporate red tape that used to hold us back. Each member of our team was chosen because of their deep knowledge of the sports industry and how we can use that to make our clients better. We’re a deep bench of skills, experiences and a genuine passion for interests of everything across the board.
